Couple I'm going to try on hogs this winter

11.5" 6.8 Bison BSP (Bison Subsonic Platform), shooting 200gr Woodleigh's, subsonic:

12.5" **************, for supersonic use:

Dave - I've just built two uppers with the same barrels you have in this photo. How do you like the Bison shooting the subsonic 200g? Have you run any supersonic through it? I have some 200g bullets being delivered Friday, but I'm having a time finding any 4895 powder.

Smitty, I missed your post in here, better late than never

I have only run 200g subs through it, but it will shoot supers fine if you want to do that

I luckily have an 8lb keg of H4895 and another 8lbs of IMR4895

I start with my 2 Favorites.

10.5" 458 SOCOM pistol. Eventually to be an SBR.

And its big brother, 16" RRA 458 SOCOM with the pistol under construction

Thanks guys. I also just got notice today the class 3 GS had the receipt for my Lane Suppressor complete with ser#. Hope to have the transfer to them complete shortly. Then I can at least finger it and drool until I get the paperwork back.

Dave - Have you used any of the IMR4895 for your sub loads? I have been able to stock up on some, but I'm not too sure how well it will work. Frank was able to pick up 2 pounds of H4895 for me the other day, so that will get me started.

I twisted my wife's arm to ride 2 hours each way today to go to a gun show with me. She likes guns too, but she is not THAT big on spending the whole day at a gun show. She has been trying to surprise me with a gift for a few months, but claims that she can't ever think of something I would like that I haven't already gotten. I think she got it right today when she decided to buy me this!

DID I MENTION THAT I LOVE MY WIFE!!!
