The first shipment is on its way to us and should be here any day. Due to the back orders, the earliest I think you can get your hands on it, if you havent already placed an order, would be October.

You guys want a quality scope so we are making sure everything on this scope works as advertised. All these delays are planned delays and have good reasons behind it.

Nice to hear from you and I do remember having this conversation with you.
Brian, around 200 scopes are en route to us and we are expecting them any day now. There are couple of upgrades we did to the software and once these scopes get here from our factory they will be upgraded to the new software. Unfortunately all these scopes have been allocated to orders and would be processed on FIFO.
As for the scopes being a vaporware, I highly doubt it. Substantial amount of money has already been spent on this project and failure is not an option here. I can guarantee you 100% that this scope is going to be an actual product.
As much as I want this scope this very second, I have full trust and confidence in my engineering team that they are working very hard on this scope and getting it right and if it causes a delay, I would rather take that then launching something incomplete in the market.

If I had to guess, judging by ATN comments, it's not close to ready. If you were the first ones to order, you might see them by October for the 5x. I think there will be several more excuses. 3x, maybe December.
