I received this on Oct 4, just a little over 2 weeks asking for service help.

Very soon we will be able to provide you with all you needed, we ask you to wait just a little bit longer before the updates will be available and we will be able to provide it to you. Could you please tell where are you located? Are you the US citizen? Which firmware version do you have?
