Tuesday morning double

Went on a quick hunt Tuesday morning before the wind started blowing and got on a good sow and a smaller boar. All in all it was a good little 45 minute hunt.



We are covered up in hogs right now. Seeing them all the time. Saw a group of 50 yesterday around lunch time. Just don't have time to get after them like we should be

We are using garmin Astro 320 handhelds and the dc 40 and dc 50 collars

Haha thanks. Even though that's exactly where they don't need to be. But if they wanna act like they're tuff, more power to em lol

I would think the Garmin Alpha, I use one for my a Dogo, I don't use him on hogs, even though he knows what they are, he just has a tendency to take off and explore

I haven't heard good thinks about the alpha. It takes a huge learning curve, expensive and only works with 1 type of collars.
The Astro 320 works with 3 different collars, dc 30,40&50.

Ruger will come back after catching whatever, she is super fast. not big enough for hoggin though

Nope, they aren't suppose to be catching them like that but since in the creek they feel like they should catch them. We shoot all the hogs over the dogs in normal conditions. I'll post a video of how they should work

She probably would, but unfortunately, she hasn't had any. And, at 30, it doesn't look like she will make me a grandpa in this lifetime.
