If you can find sorghum cheaper than corn, I works use that. I used to use it in college when I used to tap a lot of hogs and it worked great. Just don't get any of the concoction on your hands or clothes, it will take a month or more to wash out of your hands and it will permanently stain clothes. I used to store it in trash cans and move it to buckets with a shovel.
