Thought I would post my first message on here with picture of a lil 125# (tape) I took about an hour ago. I was watching about 30 in a field I dont have access to just yet when this dude decided to walk my direction and cross the fence. Needless to say he crossed his last fence! Unfortunately this pic is too dark.

Thanks for the replies. This is one of the biggest boars I've taken, he taped out at 270 lb. Dropped him back in November. I use a RRA LAR 15 in 5.56 with a Morovision Gen 3 NV scope. I've had the scope for a year now and have taken over 100 hogs in that time. I hunt every chance I get!

I took this old bruiser two weeks ago in Refugio county. I know the picture is too dark but one bottom cutter was broke in half and the other completely missing. He had scars all over his body from all the fights I'm sure he's been in during his long life.

Here's a boar that I snuck up on tonight about an hour ago. He taped out at 210 lbs. Have to take advantage of the bright moon this week!

Since I got shut out last night I thought I'd post a pic from two months ago. When the land owners fill the cattle troughs full of a fish meal based feed the hogs come a running! I'm guessing there were 30+ piglets alone and about 8-10 adults. I got 4 sows and 9 piglets that night. Found the fourth sow the next day in the brush about 50 yards away.

They grind corn and mix the two together, hogs love it around here. I got 3 piglets with one shot with my 5.56 then the others with my size 11 boot. Haha I know sounds kinda cruel but the owners want them all gone. Put a small dent in that group.
