I put 1 backstrap on the pit and ate it every day for 8 days, I had enough at that point. Gave the rest to a family with a bunch of kids. It was so fat that I thought something was wrong with it but it was yummy to say the least. I can still smell the fat in the ground 4 weeks later where the critters cleaned it up.

I was hired to trap hogs on a 30 acre spot on the San Marcos River, turned into trapping, shooting, archery deer stands, dove hunting, turkeys, squirrels and some great fishing. God has been good to me, I hunt a couple days a week.
