That's called a nights rest for most people RD.

Bein' up from 0430 hrs. Monday to lunchtime Tuesday, while travelling 2,000 miles, and living in 4 different airports during that time... after passing the 1/2 Century mark (a few years ago)... those are Power Naps. And, I just woke up from my third one. NOW, I'll settle in for 8 hrs. a night for a spell. LOL

You deserve a few power naps after that. I hate the trip from the US to the middle east. It is 20-26 hours of flights, tpically 2-4 layovers, sleeping on airport floors and chairs, and guessing what is in store for you the trip. However, the trip from the middle east to the US is one of the best ever! Knowing I'm going back to the US to drink beer, eat BBQ, and be with my family. That 20-26 flight flies by in a state of half asleep and excitement.
