I had to send in my PTS536 due to a video recording problem, fed ex arrived at Flir last thursday, I was able to speak with repair tech on tues to describe the problem, they sent it back fed ex overnight on thursday to arrive today.
Assuming that the repair was successful, I am quite pleased with the service, Thanks Steve!, although I am not happy that a 6-7 mo old scope needed repair, I had to send 2 PTS 233's in previously, this service seemed more efficient than those times when they went to a facility in AZ as I remember
So I give Flir service a solid 9/10 IF the repair solves my problem, but no more than a 6/10 for quality control based on 3 defective scopes over the last 1.5-2 years
