Armasight repair costs

I was looking for some general cost's around repairs on armasights not under warranty. Thinking i might have to send mine in if i can't get it to focus. Armasight 640 75mm... wouldn't mind replacing the buttons either.

Haven't been able to get a hold of them and just thought I would ask. Would be nice for others interested in buying a thermal to know what kind of potential maintanence costs they could encounter when making a decision.

Flit bought them and cut the returns customer service department to two people. When you find out share it and then people will know.

Yeah the only thing I got out of them was $75/hr labor. They wouldn't give me genreal cost of parts.

Does the unit not focus period or at certain distances? What's wrong with the buttons? When did you purchase the unit?
