I killed this group of hogs using my 270AR wildcat from ************** (Constructor).
The 270AR is firing a 130grn Federal Fusion bullet hand loaded at 2800+ fps.
Two of the hogs came to the feeder at 118 yards and went down on video, the other four fell at distances lasered between 205 and 219 yards.
After dropping the feeder hogs, was able to drop what appeared to be the lead sow, and the smaller pigs stayed near her... would run and stop - then catch a 130grn bullet. Wayyy too much fun.
I hit and rolled number seven - running away from the feeder, and was not able to locate in the broom weed for the photo op... Killed these on Sat 11/28 mid day.
Note the yellow broom to the left of the pigs - it is thick this season.

Appreciate the kind words.

This was my first chance at Working to drag hogs into a pile for the photo.
They are bait for yotes and a offering to the TBPS ! The pile is 150 yards from my deer stand now..

I've been shooting a .270 for years for deer hunting. Does a pretty good job. Love the pig layout. Nicely done!

Yessir - I did. The little hogs kept coming back through the trees lookin' for their dead momma.
Funny, I have had a few guys ask if it was legal to kill hogs at night..

I must have missed this thread last week. Good job Dennis, sounds and looks like fun!
I didn't know they call that broomweed but I find hogs in that stuff quite often.
Good Picture.
