Love it!!! Poor ole Houston is a mess!!! I truly wonder where these people have lived for the past years to get out in the flooded streets and stalled cars just to find out they are now stuck on the HWY/interstate with all the others and now can not move for hrs!!! Just have to shake your head and wonder!!!! FLOOD FLOOD!!

I was dodging abandoned cars this morning on the way to work on the freeway. Even places that didn't have much water on the road still had cars parked and abandoned in active lanes.

What a mess and the wife is in Houston now too, said it was really a massive storm...I told her not to go out except to local stores in Pearland.

From what I've seen so far she should be fine in Pearland. I'm near Hobby currently and so long as I avoid the spots that flood with any rain it's not too bad.

Anyone tell me how Canyon Lake is doing and the Guadalupe rvr? I left in 2000 so missed the 2002 flood but was there for the 1998 one.
