What programs and or workflow are you using for Pulsar video to get audio working?

I've been using VLP to convert the video but haven't found a way to make the audio work using that program. To get Audio I have to load the full clip to youtube then download and edit it. Thanks for any help!

I played with it some more and found that the h264/mp3 option worked. Don't know why but thought i had already tried that with no luck.
