Sow urine considered bait?

If I hunt a Florida WMA where baiting is prohibited can I still use Sow urine as an attractant? My understanding is bait is something edible?

You are absolutely right about this. When I started using Kreso-D in the management areas (WMA) I had a talk with several wardens about it. It is considered an attractant vs bait. So are all the small bottles of different attractant scents.
Something that is designed to put out scent vs something for them to eat/consume is the magic wording. --- pruhdlr

Thanks I also heard recently about a hog hunter that digs holes to expose fresh soil. The fresh dug soil is an attractant because the hogs think it is a hog feeding area so they go to it. He claims it works as well as a pile of shelled corn. On another note: I learned hogs are
attracted more to buried bait than bait on the surface of the ground. I learned this when the hogs were gone for a week or more. The buried bait brought them back to the area, more than ever.
