For years I have been using the Nikon spot on app along with my Nikon bdc scopes. It has worked amazing. The app will calculate drop for a bullet with a few pieces of information. They have thousands of bullets for almost every caliber. I have used the app to print out ballistic tables for my rifles so I know hold over for different ranges. Well now that Nikon is no longer making scopes I have to change to a different brand. Does anyone know of an app/scope combo that does this?

I have been using - - -> StreLok and JBM Calculations.
On the JBM site the Trajectory is a "info in- info out" app. I also use their site for bullet stabilization calculations.
It have worked perfect over the years.
Burris also has a site that is great but I believe it is only for their scopes ( I have several R6's)
I believe that you will see SPOT ON stay around after Nikon is gone. --- SAWMAN

That’s basically what the Nikon app is . It’s only for their scopes. So now I have to find a new scope that has a matching app for bullet drop calculations

Please explain why you need a app offered by a scope manufacturer ?
Why do you feel that now that Nikon is "kinda" gone you need to buy a new scope that has a offered app ?
I will buy your "no good no more" Nikon scopes. I already own 5 of them including a excellent M/L scope. I'M KEEPING THEM. --- pruhdlr

I’m not getting rid of my Nikon scopes, I have 6 of them on different rifles. I need scopes for 7 more rifles I have without scopes. I love testing the spot on app’s ranges vs real life ranges. Now that it’s so hard to get more Nikon scopes I’m looking for another brand to start outfitting more rifles with. I have saved a lot of ammo when practicing by using the bdc drop tables the spot on app offers. I just put in my load info and know where my hold over should be. I have my 308 dialed in so perfect all I have to do is look at the print out after ranging a target and follow the table.

About a year ago,when word was out re. Nikon "down sizeing", Natchez had a huge offering on some of the Nikon's. I love the FFP style of scopes and the prices was too low to resist.
I bought three of the 4.5-18x40 FFP scopes and two other SFP lower powered scopes,ALL WITH THE BDC.
One of the 4.5's is on my longer range 6.5PRC Browning.
One feature about the FFP scopes with BDC is that by changeing the power setting,the retical(BDC) size changes. I use this to bracket a animal and by some trial and error,and note taking,you can use this for rangeing.
Nikon is a great product for the money. I have mostly Leupold,a few Zeiss,and three Swarvoski. It is all about the glass and for the price paid,IMO,the Nikon's are comparable. ---- pruhdlr

I never got one of the Nikon ffp scopes. I do have a monstrum tactical ffp scope. I really like that. I did find out that crimson trace is coming out with an app that will be like the Nikon spot on app. I emailed them about it and it’s supposed to be out some time in October. I might take a look at the app and maybe get a couple of their scopes. I just hope it tells you what hole over to use for different ranges. That is my favorite part. And I like that I can print them out and tape them to my rifle for quick reference
