Pulsar video help

I can not play any of my videos on my PC from my Trail that are dated after I updated the firmware on the scope. Older videos play fine, I don't know if it is a codec problem or what, but any help would be appreciated. I am just using the windows media player on the PC. The error is " Windows media player encountered a problem while playing the file".

I don't have an answer for why. Had the same issue where the video played on one computer, but not the other after the conversion. However, there is a free file converter that will convert the file from AVI to MP4 and then they should play file.

Thanks Brian, I was hoping you would chime in! I just downloaded the VLC media player that I read about on another post, and it seems to work on the PC now. Thanks again.

Cool, glad that worked. I don't know about the VLC media player and will check that out!
