Hey there everyone, new to the area and looking to get into hog hunting. I have done a lot of different kind of hunting all over the country never hog though. Growing up we always butchered hogs on the farm so never had the need to go find somewhere down south to shoot them. Now that I am in hog country I am looking for people and places to go.

Welcome Jesse, lots of good info here! you have alot of good public hunting areas around you and plenty of leases out say Hwy 29 toward Molina. Good Luck!

Welcome to the forum. Some great places to hunt around the P'cola area. Both Perdido and Escambia Rivers hold hogs. I would reccomend that you join a club. The WMA's are a huge PITA. Stoopid rules,stoopid regs,not alot of access,tons of pressure. --- pruhdlr

Yeah let me know if you are ever my way or have a line on some hunting. Always looking to meet other others and learn the ropes. Like I said, hunted all around the country and shot lots of different animals but never wild hog.
