i had been baiting and playing cat n mouse with this one for several months before finally catching him with his head in the corn hole. Had tons of pics, but between work, time with my little boy, and flood water I was having a tough go of getting him killed... Frustrating! Luck was with him right up till the moment he died though. After spotting him and making a beautiful stalk to within 40 yards I was ready to stick one in his ear, but realized I had forgot to turn on the dang recorder...ugh! So as I'm fumbling with it the heifers in the pasture decide they need to come thundering by between me and the hog for whatever reason and when they clear he was high tailing it for the thicket and was over 125 yards already, but after a couple of well placed ( or lucky) shots to the chest I finally had him! Lol
