Need help wth ATN Thor HD

Hi,

A friend of mine has one of these and if he is looking at 500 yards and suddenly he looks closer for example at 100 yards, the screen goes white and he has to turn it off and on for that distance. If instead he starts looking again at 500 yards the scope starts slowly to work ok again. The same happens if the does any quick movement to the sides.

Any help is welcome.

Send it back !! Do not request that they fix it. Demand your money back. IMO,the damned POS will never be 100%.
