LUFKIN Area, looking at 2 homes HELP

Well crapola, a little collusion and someone came in after me knowing my terms and made it easy for the seller to chose their offer...I am pissed!

The bad is now am tired and looking back in FL, out in the Country by Pace/Milton/Jay FL...just less costly and more simple to move for an old man. .The good is it will be easier for me to get on the highway and come to Texas and off the coast with a little land to play with. We are looking both ways now but the easiest is to stay here.

Well still looking TX but seems like there is a lot here available and at the right price. The closeness, 1-2 hrs from me now, just makes is easier to look at more.

Yeah I still have a place there at the lease, not been there much lately but if I stay in FL I will just put a small camper out there at the head of my road to use to relax and spend the night.
