Michelle and I were hunting last week and were not seeing much. We had just driven into a new spot and saw a lone hog heading across an open field. We snuck up on it and she decided it was too small she would look for the others. I told her it was bigger than she thought and I was going to shoot it. She went one way and I went after the pig. Just before I got into range, it went into some brush. I went on ahead of it to wait for it to come out. Before it did I spotted a group of hogs in the field. I steadied the .223, picked out the biggest hog and made a 151 yards shot dropping the hog right there. When Michelle and I got back together and drove to the hog, she said ; dang! I said see I told you it was bigger than you thought. SHHHHH!
