Lead on Legit OASYS UTM-X

Does anyone have a lead on a legitimate oasis UTM-X? I've seen various reports of certain dealers working with customers and oasys to get approval for purchase (despite policy only selling to LE/MIL), as well as mention of certain used purchases that have the appropriate paperwork.
