I heard 'dat. What appeared to me, is, shooter had a conventional scope on rifle used to take a doe in the morning... another angle/vantage was recording the action via thermal, for the sake of comparison.

Obviously no whitetail at night regardless of gun/optic. But during legal daylight hours can u shoot a whitetail with a thermal scope assuming u have a license to hunt with deer tags?
