I measured from the back of the eye not the back of the ears. So I'm not really sure how long the pig was now. Any guesses?

I had a pretty good night. Shot 6 pigs out of one group and a single later on in the night. Unfortunately the fields are still soaked and marshy. Had to leave all of them where they lay. Here's the first pig of the night. She had a staring problem, just kept looking at me. I cured her staring problem with a head on shot from with a 120sst to the head from about 50 yards.

Monday night as i was leaving one of the facilities, i saw this boar running out of a silage pile. I persuaded him not to eat any more of our feed.

Been out of the loop for a while so decided to post my first pigs of 2016. These 6 were in a group of 11, went back the next day to drag off. The buzzards got eyeball and butthole appetizers before I picked them up.

Last Monday we took one our Apache test pilots and his son Ryan hunting. Ryan shot a pig during the late afternoon and one at night too. Pretty good for being his first hunt ever. Took one with one of ARs using 65gr Sierra Gamekings and the other with my 6.8 AR with Zeus thermal.
