Hogs Returned

[Bacon8tor]

They've been mostly gone all summer. 1 or 2 here and there. I got a message saying "pigs everywhere" so I had to go check it out. Turned out to be true and I put a hurting on them.

Truth.

Careful target acquisition and tight shooting.

I have killed a couple of hogs, but have never had any run OUT of the brush directly TOWARD me after the first shot.

Or just stand there next to his downed buddy.

I’ve never had any behave like that either. One shot and they are in the woods and gone. That was a good night ! Congratulations and Good Shooting!

[Ratdog68]

That's quite a sight to behold. Shot-op after shot-op. Glad you had ammo to meet the demand.

That’s what you call got ‘em on a string!! Nice job! Which flir scope are you using?

[Bacon8tor]

The first kill in the video was a 260lb boar. Here's how I found him and then a posed picture.

[Whosure]

OMG they were like little kids out trick or treating. I was waiting for you to reach out and grab two of them by the ear! Absolutely crazy they came to you.

[neorubio]

Yes, they were everywhere! That was a lot of fun. Great shots and video ;)

[Bama]

Fun times and great shooting!! That's a lot of hogs down.
What were you shooting them with?

[Bacon8tor]

Thanks. Frankenstein AR10 and Tulammo 165gr soft points. A lot of shots hit low so didn’t put them down right away but they still do lots of damage.
