    I took a yellow cloth tape and wrote the weight in marker at the numbers..

    To get a good estimate I would imagine everyone especially if you have a calculator/smart phone. Some day I hope to use the tape I bought for my buddies and myself from the Dollar General store. BANG BANG!!

    Nobody does, not in the field. We just do the number of inch times 10 and minus 200. That will get you to within a couple of pound of the long version estimate with all the decimal numbers.
