Got a chance to break away from every day life stuff and do some hunting in Hearne, TX. The ranch is pretty big, 100k acres and we managed to cover a decent amount of ground. With the cold front we weren't seeing as many hogs except for a few lone boars that we couldn't connect on.
Finally ran into a large group/sounder ... about 40 hogs. We stalked them but with the way they were angled, we could only shoot at a few. Two hogs down though! This was when the first cold front hit, it was around 35 degrees when we took the pic.
