FLIR PTS536 Turning Off After shot

Has anyone had this issues the Flir units turning off after a shot? Mounted on a 22 Nosler.

Also, I"ve notice black hot seems to get a way better image but everything seems a little washed out. Anyone have some "enhancement settings" they really like?

mine did that once but not lately . I think it was external battery cable that came loose from recoil.
