Finished my 260 Nextgen

Total weight: 6lb 10oz.

Utilizes a kit from ************** which includes a custom lightweight upper receiver, lightweight bolt carrier, *** bolt. Also ************** 18" 260 Remington twisted fluted barrel.

Other parts I just went with lightweight for the build, but parts I like. The new MI handguard and nut weighs 8 ozs.

Should be a blast on hogs, and a pain on the shoulder lol.

Probably going to kick some. I may put on a suppressor took try it out at some point.

As for the stock. Very light, cheap to buy, tight fit, etc. I was trying to see how light I could build a AR10 (actually DPMS) style upper. This gun weighs less than most of my AR's.

Should do some damage on hogs and much better bullet choice for all ranges than the .308.
