Chambering issue

Yeah, I have one for my 458 socom and 338 spectre. Luckily when I was sizing these rounds I had the rifle with me. We loaded one round and tried it in the gun. Didn't work so we didn't load any more. I did find a site that has a collet die for removing the bulge in the case but it's $100 and my friend only hunts with this rifle and sights it in once or twice a year. It took him 3 years to go through 40 rounds

Mark the brass with a sharpie, chamber, and then see where the marks are on the brass, that will lead to figuring out where the issue is. Sounds like it is at the belt as described, but since it was fired in that gun it should chamber, but just to make sure of the issue, Mark the whole brass with a sharpie and post some pics.
