As is our Monday routine, the Hessian and I headed to Bosque County to hunt in the oats. On the way down, storms formed over our hunt area and it rained fairly heavily, but had stopped raining by the time we arrived. We checked cams and got parked when we noticed hogs out in the field - a good sign!

When was all said and done, we had 670 lbs of hogs at the bottom of a hill in a muddy field. So they were donated back to nature further down the hill in the bottoms.

Sucking up the T.B.P.S. once again, huh? Good chootin' there you two. Gotta love it when they run to papa like that.

Good going guys, had to be loads of fun!

We of the T.B.P.S. appreciate your efforts and effectiveness.

We shall sing a rousing rendition of " Bringing home a baby bumble bee " in your honor.

...Excellent! Sure were lots of young ones in that sounder!

There were a lot of little ones. I think there were a lot in the other sounders we have seen at this place, only the oats were so high we could only see the large pigs. Now, a lot of the oats are eaten or laying down and we can see more in parts of the oats field.

Excellent!

That was like duck hunting!!! Flock coming by, cupped and committed...wham! wham ! wham!

Wow love how the hogs ran to,you! Great shooting with the rifle that goes PING!
