The battery died on the DVR after about 30 seconds of recording this sounder. I was going to upload it, but it won't play, bc it says the file is corrupt. I don't know why unless it has to do with the battery dying. Anyone?
I found a sounder of about 8-10 hogs while walking a dirt road on a levy with ditches on both sides separating 2 pastures. There is a tree line along the ditch as well. A couple of the hogs were down in the pasture near the tree line. Most were in the ditch/trees/on the levy. I waited hoping they would walk into the pasture but no luck. Fortunately it was near a point where u could cross the ditch at a dirt road that runs along the other side of the pasture. Decided to take the levy and set up. It wasn't my best shooting. But managed to get all 5 adults I think. I had to stop and go around the ditch/trees and into the pasture side in the middle bc most of them ran into the pasture surprisingly. By the time I made it around they were farther out but managed to get 2 running away in the pasture. It was very hard to drag them all together without a buggy cart truck etc. that was my workout for the night for sure and my hands reek of hog even after lots of sanitizer, washing them multiple times with soap and a shower. Need to make/get a hog drag for sure. But it was a good night!
