18650 batteries

So I ordered some spare 18650 batteries on amazon and when I got them I noticed something weird. One of the batteries is shorter than the rest. Most are 2.628" long measured on the body. The short one is 2.520" long. Anyone ever seen this?

yeah on ebay they tell you the length so I order as some are a little off, may still work though...they are from China

It works if I put it in my flashlight that takes 2 but my green light that takes 1 doesn't work with it

try a spacer or stretch the spring

I may need a spacer because my green light doesn't have a spring. Or I'll just have to make sure it only goes in my flashlight that takes 3 of them

Yeah I was looking at those. I just wanted a few extras at a cheap price because my big flashlight goes through them so fast. Guess you get what you pay for. Next time I order I'll have to get some better ones. I want to get some cr123 rechargeable batteries anyway so I'll just combine and get free shipping

I recently ordered some lights and batteries, but I couldn't find any 5000mAh varieties. Where did you find those?

I am getting the best results from the white ones, I think, it is all subjective, but all of the 5000 give a longer run time than the standard 2400. Good luck
