Pecan smoked boar ribs with my wife's secret baked beans. Smoked jalapeño peppers stuffed with maple boar sausage and cheese. Yum Yum.

As a matter of fact... tonight the Weber comes to life to slow cook a rack of baby back ribs, "Chipotle Honey" with some garlic mashed 'taters... and, (wait for it....) COLD BEER !!!
