It's been forever since I killed a coyote. This morning checking trap I managed one that was sitting watching me, a hair too long and she got one through the shoulder and drt.
Tonight I was spot and stalk hunting a thick creek bottom and a big male came right towards me, he stopped and stared just a bit too long, one in the chest and another drt. Fun stuff!IMG_20171220_071212017.jpg Coyote 2.jpg

Are you shooting a 6.8 or grendel?
6.8. Funny thing is I ran out of 120sst's so stuck a mag with Fusion 115's in there and both dogs never twitched, and I am not big fan on the Fusions.

Hunting and killing, most noghts I don't see pigs, probably 30-40% of the time i connect, now coyotes more like 90% success
