I spoke with armasight and they do service the older armasight scopes. It's not a warranty but at least someone will work on them if needed.

I don't have the pulsar but was having issues over a long period of time. It wasn't until it got much worse that I found the culprit. One of the screws attaching the base to the scope was loose. Hope you find the issue soon.

It's really a sad situation for us flir owners. I spoke to one of the guys at Flir and he was sincerely apologetic about the situation. It was then I realized the employees were not happy about it either. I don't see it changing so when it's time to replace it I'll go elsewhere.

Contacted SPI today and they do not work on armasight even though they are familiar with it. He said Flir has the ownership of parts etc... And won't share it with other vendors. So it seems when your armasight dies it's gone for good. I thought I might try Ray's marine and see if they are still...

Update: I finally got into my margin settings and descovered they affect the poi. As of now I'm hitting center at all ranges and 3 out of the 4 zoom settings. Finally imI getting my confidence back

I'm getting the same result. With a day scope I can get moa with the thermal at least double that. To make things worse the adjustments must be 1" per click. I've come to the conclusion they are not a precision shooting instrument. Minute of hog clique seems to be real

I'm having an issue with my armasight Apollo thermal. At 100yds I can hit 2" right, one click over and it's 2"left so I can't get it to hit where I want it. Will the margins help adjust this out? FYI it's 3 shot groups shot from a vise on a bench. This was been an issue from the beginning.
