True Story!

I hit this field a few weeks back and there were 7 maybe 8 hogs. This just happens to be one of the last standing wheat fields around. it's definitely drawing them in. And it's at the boundary of my hunting area.

I had a co-worker tell me they had seen some hogs in one of our fields do i checked it out Friday Night. There were a few.

I should have read all the posts before starting to reply, as you summed it up nicely. More native zoom? I thought the scope was very usable even with the 9.6 digital zoom.

I can definitely see why you guys are pointing that out. To be honest the video and the image I'm seeing are vastly different. What the eye sees will compare to anything I've looked through, and I happen to know this guy...... Hopefully it's because this is a prototype.

Another thing I really like is the fact you can update the firmware via USB instead of sending the unit in.

The prototype i have does not record audio, but the production units will.

Make sure you are watching it on higher quality than YouTube standard settings, I think the videos look amazing other than being shaky from not being rifle mounted.

It was none of the above. I typically set my thermals where they are brighter than some people do, so the targets "pop" more. On white hot, which i rarely use, it tends to wash out the background to my eye. Is that what you are seeing?
