Bean eater weapon sight

Hello. I live in NC and have worked on the farm for 25 years. Every year we have had to manage the deer destroying the soybean crop. Traditionally we have always used spotlights which takes two people. One to shoot, and one to hold the light. The deer have been getting worse and to be effective we need to start splitting up to cover all the farms and one person needs to be able to scan and shoot. What night weapon sight would yall recommend. 80% of the shots are 200-250 yards. The rest are 150 yards and 300-350 yards. Seems like thermal would be nice but this time of year at night the temps are in the 80's and very humid, so not sure if that would work. Dont need all the bells and whistles, just need something to reach the ranges listed if any are applicable.

I would suggest going with the 3x (native magnification) Armasight/Flir thermal scopes or 2.5x Trijicon scopes or possibly the 4.5x Trijicon IR Hunter MKIII 60.

I would also suggest NOT going with less native magnification than 2.5x given the distances you are shooting. You could make a lower magnification Pulsar Trail work, but it would be tough on the longer range shots.

Personally, I think the Trijicon scopes do the best job with handling humidity.

The 80 degree temp won't effect the image quality as much as you think. The humidity will. However, a 640 resolution scope with a minimum 3x NATIVE magnification will make it happen. Brian gave you good advice.
