Valuing Zeus for sale to a friend

So I was able to get my Zeus 336 3-12x42 (60 Hz) repaired thru Armasight. I had the blue screen of death thru both internal and external batteries. Ended up being a loose wire and it works great. It was down for awhile and I picked up a new thermal while I was waiting.
I could use it as a spotter scope (can usually spot from the front porch and cover a massive amount of property) but my IT manager wants to buy it.
Five years old and in great shape. Any thoughts on the rough value of something like this?

Thanks.

That's a good question. With so many new thermals out there with probably better performance than yours at less than half the price and weight when new, not to mention yours is 5 years old with no warranty. I'm kinda in the same boat with my pair of 3-24x75mm Zeus thermals that are 6 years old. I've decided to keep both of them and just keep using them until they no longer work.

Same with my older(almost 8 years now) ATN.
Hate The newer thermals. Silly/stoopid features that you pay for but never use.
NOT FOR ME. Will run my ATN until it dies.
I do have a newer Pulsar handheld scanner that has been great also.---- pruhdlr

Damn, I actually came here for this exact reason- to get an idea of value on a Zeus 640 3-24x75 that is 5 years old.

Can you please share how you achieved warranty service. I have been trying for over a year to get Flir/Armasight to honor the warranty on a scope I bought new thru a authorized dealer. I have the receipt and provided it to Flir/Armasight and have spent at least 20 hours calling, emailing, being diverted to other websites, filling out questionnaires and writing extensive summaries documenting that I've spent about $15,000 dollars on their products without achieving the goal of fixing 1 of 4 of their inoperable products. My last email I summarized all the months of communication and again provided the receipt and asked that they fix my Armasight Zeus 2 640 scope. The reticle disappeared permanently over a year ago and all the key pad functions are dead plus the unit will not NUC even at start up. I can not find anybody to work on the N14 FLAG or my other Zeus. The breach still functions but is not worth the battery I put in it compared to my Pulsar products. I'm now at the point where I am required to write letters to BBB, State Attorney General and then hire a lawyer when Flir/Armasight/Teledyne ignores that. I've never heard of a U.S. company acting this way-it takes the wind out of "Buy American". I've seen the Armasight apologist respond to honest post before and I'm sure they will chime in saying come on in the water is warm-don't believe them. Myself, I could not sell an Armasight product to a friend.

I can't find the post on AR15 right now, but **** posted a response to someone having an issue with a Zeus to contact them about help with fixing it. IIRC, it sounded like an in-house repair, but I could be misremembering it.

First off Forget about getting FLIR to work on anything. Warranty or otherwise.
If you need help with repairing a Armasight product, do not contact FLIR even if you believe your scope
is still under "warranty".
Need to bite the bullet and pay Armasight if needed to repair your scope. Do not believe this is the original
Armasight company, so do not expect them to fix your scope for Free.

One of my hunting Buds had an issue with his thermal Armasight 3-24...
He recently contacted Armasight via web, then phone. Returned his scope to Armasight for repair.
His thermal was examined/repaired. Now back home and mounted on his 6.8 night gun.
He has returned two scopes to Armasight for repair, and back home in service.
