Definitely not the brightest bulb in the fixture... that's for sure. It's one thing to be "armed" while doing that... but cameras don't adjust attitudes of critters.
What the clip doesn't tell you is that a few days later the park rangers decided they had to put that elk down because of his lack of fear for humans. The photographer probably thought how great it was to get good pictures of the wildlife not realizing that he was contributing to the death of that beautiful creature out of his own selfishness.
yea that's the problem, when I lived in Florida, people fed alligators, but I remember a little girl was missing, they found her in an alligators mouth just below the surface of a pond in a housing area...
