White spot on the display

So on top of toasting my suppressor this weekend, the screen for my Armasight Predator has these white tear drop shapes on the screen.

Anyone know what these are? What could of caused it? Is it something I’ll have to send off to Armasight for repair?

It has not been a good week for me at all.

My Pulsar Quantum XD38 developed white streaking lines. Have no idea what it was. Sent the unit back to the factory and they sent me a new one. Must be a thermal thing.

Goodluck getting Arma/Flir to respond, I had some issues with my Predator and never got an email response to sending it back after multiple emails and phone calls.

That’s disappointing to hear but I talked to them today and it went smoothly. He emailed me the RMA form immediately and I’ll ship it off tomorrow to see what they say.

Got my thermal back this week. The customer service I thought was good. The display was going out is what they told me and for $125, I have it back and ready to go.
