Water Hole and Baiting

I found a dried up creek bed where there was a puddle of water left. Prints all over indicated this was the center of attraction for deer and hogs. If I set up on that hole, am i guilty of hunting a baited site? I know it is a silly question but I have seen silly enforcement before. Just wondering???

No it is a natural environment unless you are filling it with a water hose.

Not unless you toss bait in it..I would put some scent out though.

Thats what I thought but felt better if I had someone concur. That would be the same as setting up under an oak tree with acorns on the ground. As long as I didn't put a pile of watermelon under an oak tree.
