This was filmed in 107 degree weather. You just never know what might show up at a water hole in the hot summer. PS I would have shot the boars, but I didn't have a shot. The camera had a much better angle than I did. Should have shot the poor coyote for his sake, but I was hog hunting. Enjoy

That poor coyote's ribs were showing. Nice shot on the hog. You sure do get on a lot of hogs.

that is why I asked. That was one big damn snake. Where were you also Glenn. I have already run into a copperhead in the Bowie area. Wear the same boots as you do, atleast style.

those were diamond back water snakes. I was near NE of Decatur. It's amazing how many hogs you can find when you spend 300 plus days ayear in the field. If I miss a week hunting it takes me a while to find them again.

That is true, the more you are out in the field to more you see and know where to look. After 24" of rain at our lease I wonder where mine will be?

They are probably floating around, will put out some pool floats for them. This should get them out of the swamps and onto what dry lad there is, easier to find at least.
