Troy PAR pros and cons

Hey guys. ARs are restricted in Canada and can only be used legally at the range, so finding an alternative to hunt hogs with is challenging. The Troy PAR has started being sold here a few months ago and I'm interested having one in .300 Blackout. Before I buy I would like to know if there are any pros or cons to it, besides it not being semi-auto.

I would choose many calibers before the 300wtf but the fastest bolt gun in the land would be my choice
