Everyone went to bed when it got dark and I stayed up to watch the feeder at camp. It has a green motion light attached to it. Not 30 minutes later this young boar came in. The feeder is at 125 yards and I used my Savage 6.5 Creedmoor. Dropped him under the feeder. Fun times.

Nice shot. No tracking that bugger. Bet the kids got out of bed when the gun barked... had to see what dad shot.

I really enjoy shairing the hunts with the family. I have had great success with the 6.5C. Some don’t think much of it, it has worked on several hogs I have shot. Haven’t lost one yet with it.
