Took this picture out my patio door on the front of my house yesterday morning.
If you look above the third turkey from the right you will see a hub cap wild bird feeder.
Here is a close up of the feeder.
I have recycled some old dented air-cooled VW hubcaps into bird feeders and put a mixture in them that includes whole corn and other wild bird mixtures.
Some of the smaller birds kick the corn out to get to the smaller seeds in the feeder.
The turkeys swing by every day or two to clean up the corn that the other birds throw out.
Since they swing in the wind, the birds sometimes get their exercise riding the feeder!
While it was frozen over here, there were often 15 Redbirds sitting in the tree nearby waiting for their turn...
