Reserved (pix later): Ribs have rub on 'em, will hit the smoker after the dishwasher cycle is done with the smoker racks. No recipe on this rub, just dumped a bunch of stuff on hand into a bowl and we'll see how it goes. Pro'bly cook 'em in the Weber tomorrow.

Either today, or tomorrow, some dead chicken parts will get the love too... probably this evening. Will be some great lunches this coming week!! Already gnawing on some ham.

So... rub on, sat for a good while before going into the smoker. One of the slabs was reserved for neighbors across the street. They always looked after my place for me while I was in Alaska. I get 'em a slab of ribs from time to time as a thank you.

And... after a good smoking and a slow cooking in the Weber... time to eat !!!!

Of course... what goes better with ribs, than dead chicken parts? Not sure which tasted "more gooder". Let's just say, plenty of good lunches this coming week.
