Powder won't pour

Hogdaddy

General question - Had half dozen FTFs so pulled bullets and when tried to pour out powder it wouldn't pour. Used wood skewer and poured but had to keep skewering to get it all out??? Tried a couple of reloads that hadn't been shot and the powder was same way. Is that normal? Did I maybe leave too much sizing lube in neck? Any ideas please

BTW powder was H322 if it makes any difference...

No this is not normal and you would have to use a lot of lube to gum the powder.

I always wipe off the imperial sizing wax after full length resizing to prevent contamination.

When neck sizing, I use Hornady one shot or graphite (Imperial Dry Neck Lube) because it will not contaminate the powder or primer.

RD,

My first thought was water (not enough dry time) or oil contamination.
