Pancakes, With a Holiday Twist

Pancake mix
Egg Nog
Milk
Cinnamon
Nutmeg

Instead of water/mix, start with the prescribed measure of water but use egg nog instead. Add milk until the desired thickness is achieved. Add the spices to the mix and fry your pancakes. Too simple, great Holiday taste.

1 Cup Pancake mix
1 Cup Egg Nog
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg

For waffles, amend the above as so, add the below ingredients. Waffle batter should be a little thicker.

Add an egg and a couple of Tablespoons' worth of oil for waffle batter.

I melt a little bacon grease and brush it into the preheated waffle iron.

Worked great, tasted too good.

*3 gallons steamed crimped corn
*2 gallons Hot water
*1 pint EggNog
*1/2 container Butter flavored Maple Syrup
*Top it off with 2% milk and cover
