Turned a Brass pilot to set up lathe.... Center the pilot so threads are lined up with the bore. Barrel bores on ar15 can be out of center by as much as .008. This one is perfect lined up now.

Here are the load tests I did.... Huge difference in 1/10 of a grain of powder ... All 5 shots from 100yds.... 26.8grs of AA2200 is the winner... One holed um with one end 1/8" out.
